3.7. Please note that we will never charge any exchange rate differences or transaction fees for the payment method you choose. However, some banks use exchange rates when making payments and international transfers – therefore, we are not responsible for any fees or exchange rate differences charged by the bank when you make payments to us. If you find any discrepancies between the product prices or purchase receipts on our website and your bank account statement, please consult your bank for detailed instructions on additional fees.
3.8. We only accept payments through credit cards, PayPal, and other electronic payment methods. We do not accept checks, cash, or other payment methods unless your country/region provides cash on delivery services (if your country/region provides cash on delivery services, you will receive corresponding notifications on the checkout page).

Delivery
4.1. After you place an order and make payment on the website, we will process your order within 1-3 business days. If transportation is not affected by natural events, you should receive the goods within 4-14 working days after order processing.
4.2. Once your order has been processed and ready for shipment, we will not be able to accept any changes or cancellations to that order. If you change your mind, you can return the goods in the manner specified in Article 5 (“Returns and Refunds”) below;
4.3. All products purchased on our website will be shipped to you via DHL or other similar courier companies. After processing your order, we will send you a confirmation email containing the tracking number for the waybill. You can track your order online at any time through the website.
4.4. If the product you purchased is not delivered within 30 calendar days, please provide feedback to our customer support department. Please note that according to Article 18 (2) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, if you do not receive the purchased goods within 30 days, you must contact us and inform us of an acceptable additional period, and we will deliver the goods you have purchased. Please note that transportation terms may also be affected by customs, natural events, local transportation companies transferring to your country/region, or factors such as air or land strikes or delays. If the goods are delayed due to the above reasons, we will not be held responsible for this delay.
4.6. You can modify the original order within 24 hours after placing the order. To modify an order, you must submit a query request to our customer support team through our designated customer support channel within the specified 24 hours, as detailed in Article 15 of these terms. When applying to modify an order, you must provide the order number and the detailed information you wish to change. Whether modifications can be implemented depends on the inventory situation of the product and may not be applicable to all products or orders.
4.7. After the 24-hour modification deadline, it is not allowed to modify the order again. If the customer wishes to change the order after this, they can only follow the return procedure outlined in Article 5 of these terms.
Returns and refunds
5.1. Within 30 days of receiving the item, if the item you received falls under the following circumstances, you may return the physical item and receive a refund, exchange, or store points for future purchases:
(a) Packaging damage or contamination;
(b) Defects or other quality issues;
(c) There is a significant difference (product error) from the product you ordered.

(b) You are unable to provide the product for inspection;
(c) We have sufficient evidence to show that the goods were not damaged during transportation;

5.6. Due to strict hygiene standards and the personal use nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns except for defective or damaged products. 5.7. Please note that we will only accept goods that are unused, undamaged, and returned to us in their original packaging. If we confirm that the returned product has been used but can still be used normally and resold, we may still process a refund for you, but you will be responsible for any depreciation of the product value caused by actions beyond confirming its nature, features, and functions. Therefore, if we find that the returned item has been used, we may deduct the corresponding value depreciation from the refund amount.
5.8. Please note that if the product is returned 7 days after delivery, or if you choose a non-standard shipping option, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
